HOW TO USE:
Begin each day by opening the windows and lighting incense to cleanse the air and enhance clarity. Take a moment to close your eyes, focus on the aroma and ground yourself

Light the end of the incense stick and let the flame burn for ten seconds. Blow out the flame, but make sure the end is still alight. Place the stick in an incense holder and let the incense burn until it’s fully extinguished

NEVER leave incense burning unattended

Approximate burn time is 25-30 minutes per stick
