Delivery
Orders placed by 16:00 are dispatched by close of business the day after they are received. Our delivery service only delivers Monday to Friday as standard

Orders in the United Kingdom
We currently offer UK Delivery using Royal Mail and DHL

UK Standard delivery is within 3 to 4 days, and costs £5.95 on all orders

UK Next Day delivery is guaranteed by 1pm, and costs £14.95. Orders must be received for processing by midday for Next Day delivery

If you order before 13:00 Monday to Friday your order will be dispatched the same day. Delivery will usually be within 3 to 4 days, although Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed

Delivery to the Highlands and Islands can take longer dependent on where you are

Pink Mary do not accept any responsibility for orders delivered to third party addresses, freight forwarders, hotels etc. Our obligation is to deliver to the base address you select, if there are special arrangements beyond this street address, LUXE Vida will not accept any responsibility for additional charges

Orders to EU countries
We deliver to all European markets, usually using a DHL road transport, this can take between 3 and 7 days. We charge a different cost for each market dependent on the cost DHL charge us, your delivery cost will be calculated when your order reaches your shopping basket

International orders
Due to the nature of our products, we can not ship everywhere in the world. We have listed the countries below that we get asked to ship too most often. If your country is not listed email help@pinkmary.co.uk and we will quote you on your shipment

Any other countries, please email help@pinkmary.co.uk for a delivery quotation

Please note due to local customs restrictions we are unable to ship to China and Qatar

Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not, we offer a full refund or exchange on any item within 28 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We regret that we cannot accept any product back if the cellophane wrap has been removed, as we are unable to sell this product to another customer

We cannot refund or exchange any sale items

However, if upon delivery you notice that any of the products in your order are damaged we shall be happy to replace them providing you notify us within 7 days of receipt

You should return any product to the address below, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us, and we cannot accept any responsibility of the order until it arrives in our warehouse. So, we always recommend you return packages using an insured and traceable service

Upon receipt of the product arriving back with us, it may take up to 7 days for us to process your return. If a refund is to be issued that will then be processed within this time. We will email you with confirmation of your refund being processed. Your bank/credit card company can take up to 14 days to process the refund into your account
