HOW TO USE:
Use the nozzle to apply the primer in desired shapes. Sprinkle glitter directly onto primer design and shake off excess. Allow one hour to dry. Sparkle all night, and the night after too!

To de-glitter, slowly peel off design until fully removed (it's really fun)
